LV Revanth Wins Indian Idol 2016 (Season 9) !

The season 9 of Indian Idol (Indian Idol 2016) which started few months back is all set to get over on Sunday, 2nd April 2017 when the Grand Finale of the show will take place.

Yes ! Grand Finale of Indian Idol 2016 will be aired on Sunday, 2nd April 2017 @ 8 pm onward.

There were lots of chief guests in the Grand Finale of Indian Idol 2016 including Rinku Bhabhi and Dr. Gulati from The Kapil Sharma Show, Bittu and Minni from Jatt Ki Jugni, Boman Irani and none of then legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Top 3 Contestants @ Indian Idol 2016 Grand Finale :

Indian Idol 2016 - Season 9 Winner - Top 3 Contestants The Top 3 Contestants, who will battle it out in the Grand Finale of Indian Idol 2016 to become the champion are –

  • LV Revanth
  • Khuda Baksh
  • Rohit PVNS

Grand Finale Performances :

The first one to perform was Khuda Baksh. He sang a Punjabi song “Ki Banu Duniya Da” followed by a pop number “Kala Chashma” song from the movie Baar Baar Dekho.

Next performer was LV Revanth. He sang “Dil Cheez Tujhe Dedi” from the movie Airlift followed by another song “Ude Dil Befikre” from the film Befikre. He then sang “Janam Janam” song from the film Dilwale.

Last to perform was Rohit PVNS. He sang “aayat” from the film Bajorao Mastani. It was followed by “Sooraj Dooba Hain Yaaron” from the film Roy.

In between there were performances from many guests and fun….

At the end Sachin Tendulkar came and announced the name of Winner of Indian Idol 2016.

Before than he released the song which he song with Sonu Nigam – “Nacho Nacho Nacho Sare Cricket Wali Beat Pe”

According to media reports, it is being claimed that LV Revanth is most likely to become Indian Idol 2016 Winner !

Indian Idol 2016 Winner’s Prize :

Winner of Indian Idol Season 9 will get a cash prize of Rs. 25 Lakhs plus a contract with Sony Music and a Mahindra Kuv100.
